Bardot is a 16 hand silver bay Kentucky Mountain Horse. She has bred three wonderful part bred sport horses, the last two of which were to different warmblood stallions. One of these, Cornmill Pinotage TAC, has been retained and is standing at stud from the 2023 season onwards.
Bardot is friendly, willing and reliable. Her first Satin baby, Apollo, was foaled in 2022 having been sold in utero. It is fair to say he is the apple of his owner's eye. Her 2023 filly is likely to be retained, but we may be persuaded to part with her to an exceptional home. Without doubt, Bardot is a mare whose many qualities immediately sell themselves.
After that foal is weaned, we plan on starting Bardot so that she can become the perfect ridden horse we know she has the potential to be. Exciting times lie ahead for this wonderul mare, bred in Holland from very nice American lines, and she may be offered to an exceptional home where a 16 hand Mountain Horse will be truly appreciated for the rare thing that it is.
