Sorbet was a foal who was planned from the very get go. Purchased in utero and sired by Maple Squirrel's Legacy, we were fortunate indeed to have him as tragically, his sire passed away before he was born. Sorbet is Legacy's very last foal, and we believe the only one by him in Europe.
Sorbet is a stunning sooty silver bay with two whites and a snip, he is a typical mountain horse in every way. We cannot wait to start him under saddle and see what he produces. Sorbet will be offered at public stud from 2022. His stud fee is £850 NFFR via frozen semen only (terms apply).
