Sangria was the mare we never knew we needed. She was one of the 4 horses we imported directly from the USA in 2019, alongside Sita, Sorbet and Nehi. Utterly winning us over from the moment she arrived, she quickly became Chloe's favourite "kid taxi", being ridden bareback, giving pillion riding lessons to complete novice children, and generally being the sweetest natured mare. Her unassuming and super biddable nature has certainly passed on to her first foals, Gryphon (Cornmill Dream Big, the grullo pictured above & sold in utero), and Meg (Cornmill Mimosa Dream). Both these foals are by Dreamy and of whom we are justifiably proud.
Her 2023 colt is by Choco and was sold immediately after he was conceived to a wonderful lady who had been contemplating a Rocky, and following our stud, for many years. We are thrilled to be helping her make her dreams come true!
