Faut was bred out of a desire to use the wonderful and world class stallion, Comme il Faut. Sadly, quality semen was hard to find, and so we elected to use his up and coming young son, Le Faut, on a mare who had already proved her worth breeding exceptional quality foals - our own Cornmill Pinotage TAC ("Pinot") and Mischief at Midnight TAC ("Merlot") (both bred by the Tacoma Stud).
Comme il Faut needs no introduction - he is a fusion of the exceptional Cornet Oobolensky and double Olympic Champion Ratina Z. His son, Le Faut, is out of a Diamant de Semilly mare, thus adding another top quality line to his breeding.
Faut's eldest half sister is now under saddle and has proved an easy and willing student, and we expect the same to be true of her younger siblings.
Sadly offered for sale as we can't keep another half sibling entire. Faut is no doubt destined for a productive career with his chosen special human.
